In no uncertain terms and with no hedging, The New York Times reports that the Obama Administration was aware of the fact that the IRS was targeting Tea Party groups as far back as June of 2012. The Treasury Department's Inspector General confirmed that he told senior Treasury officials in June of 2012, a full five months before Election Day:
The Treasury Department’s inspector general told senior Treasury officials in June 2012 he was investigating the Internal Revenue Service’s screening of politically active organizations seeking tax exemptions, disclosing for the first time on Friday that Obama administration officials were aware of the matter during the presidential campaign year.
We still don’t know for sure what the President knew or when he knew it, but this does confirm that the Administration was aware of the fact that Obama's political enemies were under fire by the IRS and covered that fact up during an election year.

I don't disagree with you that the delays and refusals by the IRS to grant Tea Party groups tax exempt status interfered with the funding and hence the capability of organizing voters by these organizations, but I don't know if I would use the term "stolen" to describe these effects, as disgusting as they were.
More important, though, to the outcome, was the outright fraud and cheating in defiance of election laws engaged in by the 'Rats and their affiliated groups, and targeted to the swing states. Aside from the more traditional election fraud and cheating techniques (ineligible and dead voters voting, voters voting multiple times at multiple locations (aided and abetted by keeping the polls open for many days, i.e., "early voting"), voting for the physically and mentally handicapped, voting both absentee and in person, voting in more than one state, there were deliberate errors in vote counting working to Obama's favor (e.g., Zero votes reported for Romney in quite a number of predominantly black election districts in places like Philadelphia and Cleveland) and electronic hacking of voting equipment such as optical scanners and touch screens to rig the tally in Obama's fever.
So even with the reduced presence of the Tea Party groups, we should not neglect or forget the 'Rat cheating and fraud at the polling places that could very well have been the decisive factor for Obama last year. That's where the real stealing likely occurred.
Matt, I love that one. However, I didn’t see an emphasis on “safety is right”. As in, deny a child being chipped (ie it ensures safety) is the same as being denied a civil right.

Freedom of assembly...privacy rules...freedom of religion..there are quite a few civil rights violations here IMHO.
And now we know why they have been arming government with billions of rounds of hollow point bullets. This is another example of intimidation tactics if you think about it. They were not trying to keep this secret..they wanted it out there to scare people.

It seems our Navy Seal Teams have been very 'accident' prone since 5/1/2012.

I believe civil rights have been violated. Belief does not make for satisfactory proof... especially in a hostile court. We have seen over and over how hard it is to get standing.
