Well, I’m not convinced that happens all the time. If it did happen all the time every pool would have contamination, and over 40% had none at all. It would be interesting to know the actual figures that constituted the presence in these pools.

BTW: This seems like one of those factoids they like to release so folks focus on it and not those ridiculous wasteful hearings in Washington, D. C.

I remember hearing that the chlorine smell associated with pools doesn't come from the chlorine alone, but from its reaction with urine in the water.
