All my magazines were shipped to me somewhere out of Maryland (in Virginia)....would not surprise me if they store, stock and ship them from there....most all of them
were actually made in Italy. My guess is they do this because of state taxes in Maryland.

Not trying to nitpick, but MD is the two-letter abbreviation for Maryland.
MA is the two-letter abbreviation for Massachusetts.
