To: The Truth Will Make You Free

There is no such thing as rogue operatives in the federal government. Even the most trivial of memos is reviewed ad nauesaum by layer after layer of the bureaucracy. The chain of command is rigidely inforced.

The vast majority of federal employees are in government service because they like the structure and job security. They don’t go off the reservation. Period. This direction came from upper layers. The only question is how high did it go.

Agreed...but they will always “select” them just the same.

Still I know that federal employees are some of the laziest unmotivated and unqualified individuals in the work force. I wouldn’t put it past any to be on the take when they can get it. When they do that at the top you can be certain the bottom is getting their share.
