Designated IRS agents are ORDERED to "select" certain groups for audits. There isn't any other way to do it.

Oh yeah, the word is now out that senators including Chuckie Schumer sent letters to the IRS saying "you better" investigate the Tea Party groups. Matter of fact one letter sent out by him was signed by 6 other senators.
The solution to this problem, GET CONTROL OF THE SENATE in the next election cycle. If it keeps up like this we just might.
