Sadly, it does not matter if they cover their butts or not. They could come out and say they did everything they are accused of and say, so what! What are you going to do about it? Nothing! You can’t touch us. That is the attitude of the socialists. They know they are in control and know they are winning. They know they control Amerika now. The Hispanics have replaced blacks as the majority minority party and thus the vote buying is in full swing. The dims will win. I don’t think we will ever see another RINOcrat win. No true conservative will ever win again. Only someone as far left as a dim will win for the RINOcrats. But, there will be none of those in my humble opinion. The RINOcrats simply don’t have the vote buying power.

I just don’t buy it, just my own sense of how the future can play out. It’s interesting, I have yet to find anyone who can tell me exactly what the future will be. Too many variables and no counting for the human spirit and it’s desire to be free.
With all due respect, my dad, who was Navy, used to say the difficult we do right away, the impossible takes a little longer. He was a part of that “greatest generation,” and what they had, that I see lacking here, was that indestructible persistence that leads to victory.
You sir complain that we will never again see the light of day. That complaint and fear has been raised by every generation since the beginning of time, and those who have believed it have generally gotten what they believed in.
But it is given to those who reject that spirit of surrender to win and succeed when it seems impossible, as it often does, in every generation. It is that same spirit that guided the first American Revolution against a world empire, that cut down Hitler’s juggernaut in it’s prime, that led Joshua and Caleb to reject the defeatism of the majority report and declare, with faith in God, no matter the odds, we can win.
Any army that goes into battle believing in advance that they will lose, will lose. Why? If you really want to win, you have to plan to win. You have to think and plan like someone who expects to cover all the ground necessary to achieve the objective. Why does the left win? Marx told them history is evolving in their favor. They believe it. They plan on it. It is religion to them. It is false religion, but it motivates them. And they will never give up until they realize, collectively, that history really isn’t on their side.
Are you prepared to admit that their beliefs, as bankrupt as they are morally, intellectually, philosophically, are more motivating than faith in God, faith in the natural law of God and the timeless, universal principles of right and wrong that define conservatism?
Because if you have more confidence in the eventual victory of evil over good, I cannot wrap my mind around what purpose you think you are serving here. We at FR exist because as a first principle we believe in God, family, and conservative values, and the ultimate victory of good over evil. We are here not to wring our hands in dramatic despair, but because we mean to act together to do whatever we can to get victory in our generation, and in each generation after us, until the return of Jesus, however long it takes. It is our duty, and our privilege, to be the resistance, not in name only, but in fact.
