I really think there is a possibility that Chief of Staff gave the stand down order on Benghazi and that may be the shoe that drops this week.
Stands to reason he might know about the IRS, too.

Denis McDonough, Deputy National Security Advisor would be the perfect scape goat for a scandal. He’s easy to replace. With some promises from high powered dems. He could quietly go away in shame for the admin.
