Surprisingly, Holder is recusing himself from the IRS Political Audit scandal. I expected him to throw us the finger, stay in office, and double down on the scandals.
In fact, at some point, I expect him to still. I expect him to not only stay in office, but start working these intimidation tactics right out in public.
I seriously expect him to simply say it outright: "Hey, AP, if you want to NOT be destroyed by the government, YOU WILL DO AS WE SAY! ... and I DARE anyone to try and stop me!!!!"

Eric Holder is as hard to dislodge as a leech or a woodtick, and much more of a blood-sucker than either of those other two lower forms of life.
Intimidation is just part of Holder’s character, or rather, lack of such. Doubling-down is just a reflex action. Nothing short of physical restraint and incarceration is likely to deter his behavior in the least.
Shame and decency are meaningless concepts, so far as either concerns Eric Holder.

Every telephone conversation is now being recorded. Obviously, not all can be listened to, so they are passively recorded and screened for buzz words thru special software.
When they get their hands on phone call records, then they can go back and listen to conversations that occurred at specific times of interest.
