And yes I do see who is running the show. What I contend is that we all know that when the alarm was sounded military forces are AUTOMATICALLY mobilized and planning the rescue mission. Only the CIC can authorize the cross boarder action. He was AWOL and the stand down order had to be given by who ever was left in charge.
