I live in the South. It is a well known fact that most of the black churches are openly political. I have a 2008 cell phone photo I took of a church sign instructing passers by to vote for Obama.

Now, had a white church tried that........

A white church with a sign saying to vote for Obama would have gotten a pass as well.
