By now you’ve heard that the Internal Revenue Service has been engaged in Nixonian-style investigations of conservative groups.
Words like “Tea Party” or “patriots” trigged special scrutiny by government revenuers. That was back in 2011 — about the same time I started hosting this daily commentary. And based on my subject matter, it’s safe to say that President Obama and I are not exactly b.f.f.’s.
Not too long after we launched the commentaries, I got word that I was being audited — all the way back to 2004. I hired an attorney and CPA and began the arduous task of battling the IRS. My CPA said he’s never seen the government agency so uncooperative. After months of hammering out a deal – they notified me last month that they re-tallied the numbers and discovered I owed twice as much as they originally said.
My CPA said something just didn’t feel right. The IRS, he said, seemed overly aggressive. It was almost like they had an axe to grind — a vendetta.
Friends, dealing with the IRS over the past few years has been nothing short of government-sanctioned bullying — a license to shakedown.
And the latest revelations should strike fear into the heart and bank account of every American taxpayer. Because if the government can come after someone like me — you could be next.

A huge name in all this is one Rush Hudson Limbaugh III. If he reveals on his radio show that he has been harassed by the IRS since January 2009, then all heck is going to break loose and President Obama could face the prospect of impeachment.
It is the mighty IRS. They can do anything they want to. We are a blade of grass they are the lawnmower. . . . FOR NOW.
It is way past time for a change. . . .
They can go back further if they find repeated willful avoidance of taxes (cheating).
I think they know that and will leave our hero alone. . .
To tell it like it is, that is what is so strange about the Democrats and this administration. Unlike Clinton, who knew when to fold 'em a little bit, this bunch counterattacks with incredible ferocity EVERY TIME they are criticized or shown to be doing something wrong. Obama and his leftist cronies do NOT back up at all...EVER, I'm noticing. This is not going to end well.
So how long are you supposed to keep records, forever? I’d need a storage facility...
This is a pretty juicy story. Hard to resist. A good distraction from Benghazi. Obama has decided to dangle this bait at this time because he can’t personally get burned here. Follow this, make sure the people are punished who are behind it, but you will never implicate Obama in this. Stay focused on Benghazi.

No, I don't think so. It was Mark Levin and his Landmark Legal Foundation that broke the scandal wide open. Obama's minions had nothing to do with getting the story out, and the timing was coincidental to Benghazi.
