As far as I am concerned, the terms,”Presidential” and “President” should never be mentioned in the same sentence as obama’s name. Agreed. Since day one, I've never called that man 'President'. Not once.
Have we all forgotten how the press routinely referred to President GW Bush as "Mr. Bush" for most of his eight years in office?
