I said it this weekend, and I’ll say it again. This presents a huge opening for the House GOP to launch an IRS reform act...lessening their power, reducing their scope, simplifying the code and highlighting the IRS’s invasion into our medical decisions that the Democrats delivered through Obamacare.

I know there are detractors to the repeal of the income tax and an instatement of a NRST,

but that solution would remove the IRS’ power over the individual. Businesses already collect sales tax.

We DEFINITELY hold the cards on this. If we don’t take advantage of this situation all hope is lost.

We need to be screaming this!

Only if the GOP is smart enough to exploit it.

And that's a huge if.

We have been living in an enemy occupied country since at least January 20, 2009 and possibly longer.

They are getting better at suppression. We need to get better at resistance

The IRS is not an institution that can be reformed.
The GOP must shut down the FedGov, en total, until blood flows if necessary. If the GOP isn’t willing to force Bernanke to push the US Dollar and US Treasuries into hyperinflationary money and debt printing scenario AT THIS VERY MOMENT, the GOP and Conservative and traditional American SOCIETY has already lost the war.

Anything less will embolden and permanently institutionalize the politicization and partizan entrenchment inside the Executive bureaucracies in IRS, Justice Dept, and Labor Dept.

Of course every cocksucking quisling in the “Conservative media” is going to repeat the sentiment you just wrote, causing the IRS bureacurats to create litmus tests for new hires to make sure only fellow partizans are hired and promoted to senior positions.

SO I appreciate the reasonable but purely academic response you wrote, in reality there is nothing academic about this, either the GOP goes to war, willing to lose it all as in the entire country, the Consitution, the whole kit), or they go to battle in a war they’ll have already lost before they make their next press conference on the matters regarding the IRS.

The IRS is now a more corrupt organization than the Russian Federation taxing authorities before Yeltsin implemented reforms.

The Steve Forbes line of IRS reform will not be severe enough, the entire agency must be eliminated as a line item, every employee fired and lose their seniority, and every IRS ruling, be it a public ruling of standing or a White Paper ruling on individual cases, be scrubbed from the record.

We already fell off the precipice, the old joke of the GOP walking toward the precipice but at a slower pace, no longer applies when you’re reaching terminal velocity after the fall.
