Now, that IS a very interesting question! I don't know, but it would make for one heck of a constitutional crisis. Everything Obongo has signed as POTUS, every appointment, every EO would be null and void.

Interesting question. If Obama was proved to be a fraud, wouldn’t that make Biden part of a fraudulent ticket? So maybe he couldn’t take over either.
