One of the aspects of Watergate often forgotten is that one of the young, hack lawyers who worekd on the case against Nixon was none other than Hilary Rodham Rodham Rodham.

Can anyone imagine what her reaction would have been if, in 1974 (two years after the break-in), Nixon had launched a “what difference does it make now” defense—??
