There is only one party with two pretend labels, anyway - rather than trying to repair the irreparably damaged Republican label, it's a lot easier for conservatives to use the MSM Pre-Approved Democrat label to win elections. The Communists have been doing it for decades - why can't we?

What are the possibilities for the offended Tea Party and/or groups to sue the IRS in federal court for violation of First Amendment and federal statutory rights, given the obvious fact that the IRS engaged in deliberate retaliation for the groups' political views? ( Bivens action?)
