This is more Boehner BS. All he has to do is create a Benghazi Investigation Committee and that Committee can subpoena all they are asking for.
Instead, Boehner keeps this thing locked in the various committees and they are stepping all over each other to figure out what happened.

Let's not discourage him now that he might make a few good decisions. It is a bit ironic that the article points out that he's making the statements as a result of the Admin being under pressure instead of to exert pressure - I guess that when the Admin is under pressure, so is Bohner. All the same, I want to reward good behavior by our wayward Reps and sling mud when they revert to form. Who knows that a few might decide they like the feedback when they do the will of their constituents...
If Boehner had any spine he would subpoena all the orders that came out of the WH that night!!
