And that is why libertarians feel they have to infiltrate the GOP with their agenda. They quickly saw they were the antithesis of the conservative movement so they are plotting to destroy it from within.

You know what makes History? When it is made. If the republican party slides further to the left in 2016... it isn’t going to be an academic question. The TEA party will either drag the republicans back across the divide or we will end that party.

Successful with 39% of the vote in 1860

and look at all the joy that led to the next 15 years

and still giving in a way

and with so many Yankees flooding south escaping the mess in their home states

who really won?

Border states gave the election to Lincoln by going for the lesser two candidates

Undecideds of their day..lol

I fear we are beyond that...more like politics by other means at some point or a cataclysm wakes people up
