CBS NEWS: Official: We knew Benghazi was a terrorist attack from the get-go.
But the Administration still blamed filmmaker Nakoula, who is still in jail. They did this to keep the Benghazi debacle from exploding before the election. It worked. And filmmaker Nakoula is still in jail.
.....
... But here are some further lines of investigation. Some Obama-defenders will note that Nakoula was jailed for probation violations, of which he may have even been guilty...The question is, why, exactly, were they so eager to put Nakoula away?
The fast-tracking of Nakoula’s jailing was highly irregular. Among other things, I’d like to see the Congressional investigators get Nakoula’s prosecutor, Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Dugdale — and perhaps his boss, U.S. Attorney André Birotte Jr. — under oath about communications from the White House or the Justice Department regarding this case.
Because what it’s looking like is that Nakoula was targeted and jailed so as to provide a scapegoat/villain in a politically motivated cover story that the White House knew was false. If that’s the case, it’s extremely serious indeed, and in some ways more significant than whatever lapses and screwups took place in Benghazi. I’d also be interested in hearing from Nakoula’s attorney, Steven Seiden, about any threats made by the government to secure a plea deal.
If there’s an impeachable offense anywhere in the Benghazi affair — and at this point, I’m not saying there is — it’s more likely in what happened with Nakoula than in the problems abroad, which by all appearances are simple incompetence, rather than something culpable. Railroading someone in to jail to support a political story, on the other hand, is an abuse of power and a breach of trust....

“And filmmaker Nakoula is still in jail. “
Time to get him out of jail!!!!!!!!!!!
Interesting...
Today 1st Rush and now Sean Hannity have tried to make benghazi all about Willard...
“Benghazi caused Romney to lose” said Sean (or words to that effect...
earlier I thought “OK Rush is pushing the unelectable baby killer father of gay marriage Willard Mitt Romney for 2016 ...”
now Sean...
HELLO boys there are REAL Conservatives who will be running...
Is it that Clear Channel thingy still ???
Nakoula was an FBI informant and had legal problems of his own. My feeling is the admin suddenly needed a scapegoat, and struck some kind of deal with him, “We’ll make your drug and fraud charges go away if you play ball with us and stay away from mics if reporters start asking you questions...”
Nakoula is the scapegoat, sure, but I think he’s prolly at some basic level “in on it”.
And filmmaker Nakoula is still in jail.
Time to get him out of jail!!!!!!!!!!!
I HOPE he sues the ever living crap out of several people in the administration and takes it all the way to the supreme court!!
We know they lied. Can we get the public to pull its head out of its a$$ and realize what happened?
This makes a decent point, but man.... just throw it on the pile.
I mean, if running semi-auto rifles directly to Mexican drug lords isn’t enough to send a politician on the road to obscurity then “making sure a guy got the fast-track on a legitimate violation” seem like super weak sauce.
You know? I mean, I’ll take what I can get (like Al Capone and the IRS), but I’d rather it was on something that is... bigger.
To this day people still try to tell me that not only was Clinton not impeached, but that the whole thing was over adultery. I don’t want to hear that Obama just wanted to “do the right thing, but too quickly” to that guy who made the video.

It’s pretty clear that Obama wanted to play down Benghazi leading up to the election. But it was always alot bigger than that. This goes to the heart of what degree of trust we can place in those who represent us. This is about lawlessness and tyranny.
If all Rush and Sean want to talk about is Willard, then to hell with them.
“...takes it all the way to the supreme court!”
Never happen; they’re “in on it”, too. This US Gov’t is so corrupt and criminal, from top to bottom, that 0traitor’s underlings will take the under-the-bus dives. He won’t. The mulatto can’t be impeached, tried for crimes and removed from office. The extremist leftist lib-dems, are too vested in his destruction of America.
She knew it had nothing to do with a video.
Hillary Clintons comments to Woods raise even more questions about the White Houses official story on the Benghazi attack, which has already been extremely inconsistent. After apologizing for his loss, Woods said Clinton told him that the U.S. would make sure that the person who made that film is arrested and prosecuted. Obviously, Clinton was referring to the anti-Muslim YouTube video that the Obama administration spent nearly two weeks blaming for the attack. White House Press Secretary Jay Carney, U.S. Ambassador Susan Rice, Clinton and the president himself all blamed the video at various points. Beck pointed out that the White House is now trying to claim that it has always considered terrorism as the cause of the attack. When she said that, I could tell that she was not telling me the truth, Woods said about Clinton.
why is this guy rotting in jail?
There were four versions of Nakoula's movie.
Only the final one was forwarded, by persons unknown, to Sheikh Khalid Abdullah the cleric in Cairo who aired it on TV. Nakoula, the maker of the original film, was not the one who uploaded the final version, Innocence of Muslims, to the internet.
You can hear some interesting things about the timeline of all these iterations of "the movie" in the Youtube video linked below. Start at 9:30 and watch to 16:00 for the meat of that.
False Flag, Currently Underway ?
Even the protests and attack in Cairo weren't about that stupid 'video.'
Brian Lilley: The MSM is lying about the muslim riots
Interviews on the streets of Cairo. 'Video' had nothing to do with protests and attack.
That Nakoula guy looks like Mel Brooks.
thank you sounds more like a pretext than anything else...
