As to accountability... I want to be an optimist, but think Clinton and Obama are made of teflon. That a best case scenario is that enough pressure on Clinton would drive her to give up something incriminating on Barry.
Assuming Hillary Clinton lied under oath, then putting her in jail should be the objective.
Obama would most likely issue her a pardon.
