She did it because she was told to do so by her boss. No Secretary of State does things like that on his or her own.
They’re throwing her under the bus, and I think she’ll probably let them. She’ll take all the blame for this, although I think she’ll try to cover up her previous perjury with that phony I-hit-my-head-(during-my-facelift) excuse. For some reason, she’s desperately loyal to Obama, despite all the contempt with which he has treated her during her tenure as the world’s most useless SOS.
Don’t get me wrong - she’s fully capable of betraying the US and US forces on her own. But her orders to “handle it” as she did came from Obama or at least whoever it is that makes his decisions for him.
