BOSTON (CBS) The body of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev is now at a funeral home in Worcester.
Peter Stefan, owner of Graham Putnam and Mahoney Funeral Parlors, told WBZ-TV Friday he is handling funeral arrangements for the Tsarnaev family.
Stefan said his staff has experience with Muslim services, which includes washing the body and preparing it for burial.
A police cruiser parked outside the Graham Putnam and Mahoney Funeral Parlor Friday. We take care of a lot of Muslim funerals here, throughout the state, Stefan said, and this was no different, except for the circumstances.
A burial site has not yet been located and its not clear yet when a service will be held.
Normally, with Muslims its usually done sometimes as the same day, but no later than the following day, but we dont have that option with this, he said.
WBZs Beth Germano has confirmed that two cemeteries, one in West Roxbury, and one in Enfield, Connecticut, have turned down requests to having Tsarnaev buried there. Cemeteries in New Jersey have also said no.
Stefans funeral home will have paid police details outside throughout the weekend.
He told WBZ he is prepared for protests.
Youre always going to get a certain amount of people that are probably going to complain about what you do, he said.
I go back to the time when Lee Harvey Oswald died, somebody buried him. Timothy McVeigh, somebody handled that. Jeffery Dahmer, somebody handled that. Ted Bundy, somebody handled that. I mean, we bury the dead. Can I control what the circumstances are around their death? No. Can I pick and choose? No.
Would you criticize the medical people who saved the life of the other guy? (Tsarnaevs brother Dzhokhar)
Several protesters showed up outside a funeral home in North Attleboro Thursday night when Tsarnaevs body was taken there after it was released by the state medical examiner to the family.
Stefan said that was because of a mixup and that the body should have been brought directly to his business.
The official caused of Tsarnaevs death has not been released yet, but WBZ has confirmed his death certificate only says pending at this point in the case.
Cremate him and send the ashes to his mother ....so we can say we gave back the son she claimed we took from her.
Somehow I keep thinking about an appropriate use for all that pee they found the other day in the abandoned house

(got to interview Graham Chapman on college radio at
Salem State, 1982...)
Here. Give him to me. Ship him Nevada in a crate. I’ll bury him. I’m being serious here.
It would become the number two tourist destination in the country!
Everyone would want to drive over his vile remains...except for Chris Matthews who probably still has a pantie tingle from wishing that it had turned out to be TEA Party member who did the crime
I wouldn't stop the Westboro nuts.
That is the one I was going to suggest. You did good.
Take him out and dump him in the Gulf stream.
Boston Bombing Ping!
Bury him about 4 inches deep under a pig pen.
I wonder how he’s enjoying eternity with the 72 ex-communicated nuns....
They can bury him in my back yard under two conditions: 1) No grave marker and 2) I get to defile the body before they bury it.
Agreed, but did they really dump OSAMA in the ocean?
For some reason the Westboro nuts have said nothing about protesting this funeral...but did suggest they’d protest
the one for George Jones.

Some of us in the Boston area knew some victims. A couple of my co-workers at a postal sorting facility had two nephews (in their 20s or 30s), last name Norden I think, who were there at the finish line. Each of them lost a leg.

Spare the Bostonites.
cremate him.
bury him in Islamburg, Hancock NY.
Bury him at the site of the future Obama library.
LOL.
Nobody wants that body!
Excellent!
Wow, that’s really street art in Boston? Sheesh. Someone at the City needs to wake up and remove that nonsense posthaste.
Well, that would be interesting wouldn't it?
