There several interesting things about that video. The refrain ends with ...Pop, at which point the camera cuts to a man nicely attired in a suit with bowtie who pops his finger in his cheek followed by his amused expression. The only male presence during the song. At the end of the song the camera zooms out and pans to the piano where we briefly see, I believe, the Everly Brothers with others. The television show is not identified.
