Do the young permit holder have to have an adult or at least a licensed driver with him when they’re driving late at night?
I’m so used to the restrictive driving laws here in the People’s Democratic Republic of Maryland.
From what I researched, a permit holder cannot drive after dark, and must have a licensed driver at least 18 years of age with at least three years of driving experience in the car when driving during the day.
