Two Kazakh men and a third man have been arrested by federal authorities in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings, a law enforcement official familar with the case said this morning.
The two men, Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev, came to America from the Central Asian nation to study at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, where Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was also enrolled. The law enforcement official did not release the name of the third person arrested. …

But investigators have continued to eye other people who knew the brothers to see if they provided them with any help before or after the attacks. Sounds to me likely that the third arrestee is the wife.
From what I read, it was on a pressure cooker shard, not the detonation device. Could be from a sales clerk.

Our immigration service does nothing to check on whether a particular person here on a student visa is actually enrolled in classes. If by some chance they do, it is for a Christian white person from an english-speaking country.
