D.C. Councilmember: Call Them RedTails
If this keeps up, I'm thinking they should name them the "Thin Skins".

Laura Ingraham played Hail to the Redskins. I said “Hey, that’s the theme from Blazing Saddles”!

Maybe RG3 is the country’s best hope.

RGIII is right! PC is meant to silence dissent while they who made the rules of what is PC or not PC can forge ahead with their agenda
To: rightwingintelligentsia
As a German-American the name Redtails offends me.

I wonder if the Commiss is testing the first-round draft picks when he hugs them on stage. Maybe one will get a certain excitement.

Also as a consumer who felt I was cheated out of $40.00 after watching Redtails I am offended.

Remember, it was a child that shouted that the Emperor had no clothes when all others were too afraid. Someone has to start the process. : )

The Twitter commentary comes as some are pushing the NFL to change the Redskins team name due to the racial implications of the Native American moniker. What does a potato have to do with Native Americans?

Believe redskins were originally a Boston team, and the moniker refers to a type of bean popular in the region....
YMMV

Hooray for RGIII!!!
It’s well passed time for people to stand up and tell the whiners, “TOUGH! I don’t care what you don’t like! Nothing is changing here!”

Love it. If forced to change the name, I second the Washington Thin Skins. Thin-skinned PC types have more to do with DC than the Tuskegee Airmen who were affilated with Alabama.
To: Red Badger
Wow!
RGIII is impressive as a young hard working and intelligent QB. In spite of his heritage, he obviously doesn’t feel the destructive sense of entitlement so many young people due.
Now, he dares to dip his oar into the vile PC waters of America.
