A doctor confirmed to the worried mother that her child should not have been given antibiotics; however, doctors told Anna they wanted to perform open heart surgery on Sammy as soon as possible. At that point, Anna thought she may need a second opinion for her son – a decision her doctors were adamantly against.
“If [they made] one mistake after another, I don’t want to let my baby have surgery in the hospital where I don’t feel safe,” Anna told News 10.

And so the thug Gestapo came and essentially kidnapped the baby.
Glenn Beck talked about this on his radio show today.
The second doctor told the parents that there was nothing wrong with their baby.
Five days later, however, Child Protective Services in Sacramento showed up at the home of the parents with the police and took the baby. Glenn played an audio tape of a police officer telling the parents during the raid, “Don’t fight me.”
After five months, a judge returned the child to the parents.

God only knows what may have happened to that child during those five months.
If a cop did that to my family he or she would disappear forever along with the CPS goons who brought him or her.
I hope this lawsuit makes them rich beyond their wildest dreasm and BAKRUPTS this hospital and every gestapo member involved.

I can’t believe this! The parents didn’t deny the child care, they were concerned about the care at Sutter, go to Kaiser, and Sutter can just have CPS take the child away? They must have good health insurance that pays well or something. Sutter is the Hotel California!

I know of two cases where the state put children in the care of sex offenders. One guy I caught masturbating in his car as he circled women in the parking lot. I gave testimony, but they didn’t take away the children because, “What would we do with them?” (This was in ‘74.) The second case, a coworker’s daughter was living with a ex-felon who refused a drug test. The state swooped in and took her child by another man. (Apparently all legal.) The coworker hired an attorney and a private investigator. The PI discovered the state had put the boy with a known sex offender.
The reason it’s hard to get the children back is (this was 2002) the state pays people $2700 per month to take care of the kids. There’s an entire bureaucracy employed to handle all the paperwork. There is a reverse incentive to return the children.

Me too! And for what it’s worth, I think something along these lines is coming. The ability to obtain redress for these criminal acts is hard to get, so sooner or later, someone is going to “act independently.”

Oh, I’ve seen it coming, but kept hoping something or someone would do the right thing and stop it. It’s just getting more frequent and more in-your-face. I’m just sorry for people like you who didn’t grow up in the wonderful place this country used to be. It’s heartbreaking.

Exactly. That nurse that gave the antibiotics wrongfully probably turned them into CPS on the advice of her or his union leader.
Families need to escape across state lines at even the smallest inkling of CPS involvement. Have family or good friends in the next state cause the minute the CPS gets a fraudulent order, your dead. If you remove their ability to build and falsify evidence by ‘vacationing’ to parts unknown, the process may die in its tracks.
