Who does she see there, and what does she do, so regularly as to be self-described as “dedicated”? And, perhaps, “dedicated” to anything in particular? Did she take on a radical Muslim boyfriend in her travels?

Meaning…. she had to have the approval of The Muslim Brotherhood to be an American Judge in Egypt – delivering a lecture, at Cairo University in 2012.
