Check out this quote from the evolutionist ‘scientist’:

“Although modern coelacanths are found in water about 500 feet deep, Axel Meyer, a member of the study team believes that ancient coelacanths may have lived in shallow water, stating, “Other coelacanths lived in more shallow, estuary-like environments 400 million years ago, and you can envisage them using fins more like walking legs.”2”

Ever since darwin, the ‘evolutionist’ has been speaking by conjectures wrapped in deception surrounded by fairy tale.

They tale a lot and write even more, but their “proof” is all words.

Funny how God designed these creatures for specific environments, yet we find no creatures designed for environments that wouldn’t support evolution such as on other planets and moons in the solar system.

I remember a Sci-Fi, B movie from the Fifties starring this fiddy. I think a dragonfly licked up some fluid dripping from the fish, and turned into a giant. Can’t recall anything else. Wonder what the title of that movie was?????

and you can envisage them using... This is science? I can "envisage" them growing beards and driving around in nuclear submarines. Doesn't make it true.

Jeez, in general, I believe in evolution over creation. But idiots like the one quoted in this article, don't help the argument.

A recent report, published in Nature,1 on the genome sequence of the so-called living fish fossil, the African coelacanth, has some evolutionists scrambling to defend their story. This is because the coelacanth's DNA is similar to other types of fish and not land animals...

Just WOW! Research shows that a fish's DNA resembles the DNA of other fish more than it does the DNA of land animals.

An absolutely staggering discovery, and one that surely must prove "intelligent design". Not.

And I am fairly certain that the news that fish DNA resembles fish DNA more than it does the DNA of land animals will have remarkably few scientists "scrambling to defend their story" as it is put. I love reading the nonsense that is becoming more and more common here on Free Republic.

“Your Evolutionist has no regard for human life, not even of his own. For this reason men, I want to impress upon you the need for extreme watchfulness. The enemy may come individually, or in strength. He may even appear in the form of our own troops. But however we must stop him. We must not allow him to gain entrance to this base. Now, I’m going to give you THREE SIMPLE rules: First, trust NO one, whatever his uniform or rank, unless he is known to you personally; Second, anyone or anything that approaches within 200 yards of the perimeter is to be FIRED UPON; Third, if in doubt, shoot first then ask questions later. I would sooner accept a few casualties through accidents rather losing the entire base and its personnel through carelessness. Any variation of these rules must come from me personally. Any variation on these rules must come from me personally. Now, men, in conclusion, I would like to say that, in the two years it has been my privilege to be your commanding officer, I have always expected the best from you, and you have never given me anything less than that. Today, the nation is counting on us. We’re not going to let them down. Good luck to you all.”
Dr. General I.M. Kookie, Institute for Creation Research.
