Today, we face incredibly well-funded gangs of fundamentalist Christian monsters who terrorize their fellow Americans by forcing their weaponized and twisted version of Christianity upon their helpless subordinates in our nations armed forces.
Those words were recently written by Mikey Weinstein, founder of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF), in a column he wrote for the Huffington Post. Weinstein will be a consultant to the Pentagon to develop new policies on religious tolerance, including a policy for court-martialing military chaplains who share the Christian Gospel during spiritual counseling of American troops.
Weinstein decries what he calls the virulent religious oppression perpetrated by conservative Christians, whom he refers to as monstrosities and pitiable unconstitutional carpetbaggers, comparing them to bigots in the Deep South during the civil rights era.
He cites Dr. James Dobsonthe famous Christian founder of Focus on the Familyas illustrating the extremist, militant nature of these virulently homophobic organizations rhetorically-charged propaganda. Regarding those who teach orthodox Christian beliefs from the Bible, Weinstein concludes, Lets call these ignoble actions what they are: the senseless and cowardly squallings of human monsters.
Weinstein then endorses the ultra-left Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), who publishes a list of hate groups. Alongside truly deplorable organizations like the KKK, the SPLCs list includes a host of traditional Christian organizations (for their support of traditional marriage) and Tea Party organizations (for supporting limited government). Weinstein says SPLC correctly labels them all as hate groups.

I was just reading about this earlier this evening on “Facebook”. Our Pastor had it on his page, and it made me sick! Apparently, he was a military chaplain before he was our pastor. (he’s a Roman Catholic priest, and a fairly young, conservative one.)He was saying he was glad he wasn’t a chaplain anymore! (I don’t blame him!)
With due respect, I believe fervently that denying God thereby incurring His judgment represents the greatest threat to "national security." The fools of our day, like this Weinstein, ignore history.
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land" (2 Chr. 7:14).
Likewise, per Henry van Til, any system of thought that builds on a foundation other than God becomes its own opposite, utter insanity. For the fool says in his heart, "There is no God" (Ps. 53).

This zealot forgets that ministers have been forbidden to pray in Jesus’ name when addressing members of the military for years. To put someone who comes off so viciously in such a position needs to be addressed by Congress.
I guess nobody told Mikey that it was Christians who liberated Hitler’s concentration camps.
Nope, never happen since they are on the same side.
That being, the darkness that only seeks to seperate us from God. All these weirdos coming out with this kind of crap are all crawling out from the darkness, doing what they do best: making weak people question if there is a God, if there is good in this world.
They have gotten quite bold. Others may claim we’ve had them amongst us forever, which in fact is true, yet I see the masks falling at a rapid pace and that is what has me unnerved.
Way to promote tolerance and counteract hate in the military, you liberals!
Very sad. No that’s not enough.
Terrible. Still not enough.
Terrifying.
When I saw this, I thought “It HAS to be satire; irony; sarcasm. No one with half a brain could seriously say such things.”
I guess I was wrong.
It is getting harder to tell satire from reality these days.
This is beyond the pale. "Spiritual" Counseling is obviously a religious act, and religious acts by chaplains are separate from civil and ceremonial acts.
This must be fought. There must be no government limitations placed on the content of religious acts performed by chaplains. This is really no different than the government requiring chaplains to pray in the name of Allah, or to all bow before a statue of Obama.
It would be the imposition of a government religion. It is saying, "you can't be religious in your way; you must be religious in ours."
Gibs-Me-Dat (Ebonics) (n.) Annuities, in the form of goods, services, or material (usually welfare checks) given predominately to blacks, in exchange for their tacit agreement to reciprocate by not burning down Americas cities.
Example:

I invested over a quarter of a century of my life serving this nation in uniform. I’m proud of that and grateful for the opportunities handed me, the great Americans I served with and the honor and privelage that went with that experience, but now I am ashamed and outraged at what our military establishment has become. I could not, in good conscious, recommend military service its current form to ANY young American considering to pursue it as an honorable profession. The military services have become a social engineering petri dish for sexual perverts, fanatical feminists, loony environentalists and atheistic human secularists to swim in. The DoD needs an enema!!!

That list included FreeRepublic. Grover Norquist & Marco Rubio are using SPLC talking points (admitted!) to push their amnesty and ‘marginalize’ any opposition.
“Marginalize” is what Norquist said he’d done to Jeff Sessions...and plans to do to the rest of us.

Thanks to the Christian-hating vermin occupying our WH.
What? A promotion?
