After reading this article, I can understand some of my sleep problems. Always have had a very busy dream state which seems to take up a lot of my sleep time; maybe not so much with delta state.

It sseems more and more people are having aleep problems.

(I would have answered you sooner but was out of the state.)

It’s an easy thing to take care of. To fend off the Evil Sleep Meanies, I take melatonin before bedtime. It helps. I take 40 mg, but most people don’t need that much. I take it because I have CFIDS, and sleep problems are a given.
