The Republican party is full of rebranding efforts these days. House Majority Leader Eric Cantor has his. And the NRSC is working on appealing to the young and hip with their Buzzfeed-style website.
Now theres Sen. Mitch McConnell, the top Republican in the Senate, whose campaign is out with a new web video that splices inspirational lines from McConnell speeches and argues that the GOP is the party of opportunity for minorities and immigrants. But the video also has a decidedly Tea Party feel at times. It has gotten more than a million views in a day.

It is indeed well done video...just wish McConnell himself was more like this more often(not to mention a number of members of the caucus he leads).
The author of this article conveniently leaves out the part where there is discussion of how Obama's policies just keep the poor poor and don't help anyone.
Article just another back slap from the obama media.
wait... McConnell.... inspire conservatives??
Is there a laugh track?
why dont pollees make music vids with hot chicks oh yeah because no one could pick out the candidate from a bunch o hoes
Watch what they do; pay no attention to what they say.
Mitch can’t be a total wimp, he scared off Ashley Judd and her big buck liberal friends....
LOL.
Yes he did!
A bit of a boost from the DNC media. The best minority leader that the DNC can hope for. Who else will keep those tea partiers at bay, and those conservative senators away from the table?
If the rats nominate a strong candidate they will
bear McConnell, he has so pissed on one conservative
principle after another his support is putridly weak.
The good news is, we luckily now have Sen. Ted Cruz to keep "big" John veering to the right.
Yep. Excellent video.
Kudos to Mitch McConnell for having the guts to proudly proclaim he is a conservative. The guy has a tough job herding senate cats, but he’s done a pretty good job. Personally, I get sick of all the naysayers around here, some of whom are obviously rat trolls and “lie-bertarians”, but other genuine conservatives for whom nothing is ever good enough.
bfl
The message of the video is very inspirational. I posted it to facebook.. not that I have many “friends” but then again, I am not 14.
