In any event, I am tired of the authorities treating Saudis with kid gloves. A few years ago in Boston one walked away from vehicular manslaughter because of diplomatic immunity.
Any Saudi in the USA is automatically a suspect IMHO. Keep the idjits out of our country. 19 out of 20 of the 9/11 bombers were Sauds. Time to profile the camel thmping sharia pimpin’ bastids. Keep then OUT of our country. The fact that the Sauds paid for Obamas law degree is enough to make one puke at our presidents servile attitude to them, bowing to kiss the King of Sauds ring? And now Obama has two sets of laws , one for the People and then another one for the camel; thumping Sauds? Well Eff the WHOLE lot!
For that reason alone every last one of the camel thumping Sauds should be barred from ever visiting the USA as persona non grata.
I guess I missed your post and the replies. It’s time we stopped caring about the cost of oil and kicked the Saudis to the curb completely. We can develop our own resources and once we get over the hump of building the infrastructure it should cost less than what those goat-shagging head-choppers sell it to us for.
Years ago in college, I was hired by a Saudi family to help their young son with learning English. This was back in the late 70’s, but they were very nice and westernized. I don’t think they are all bad, but unfortunately it is hard to tell and so many more have been radicalized these days.
For all I know, that kid I helped grew up to join Bin Laden though....lol. I had another experience one time with a Saudi family before 911...they hired me to do their landscape plan and I had to go through an armed guardhouse to get up to their house every time I went there to measure,etc. They were pretty westernized too.
I remember being pretty creeped out about it, but never thought of terrorists or anything. I did not know about that kind of stuff back then.
I was more worried about being kidnapped and sent to some hareem in Saudi Arabia...lol. There were a lot of men mulling about the place all the time and they were always ogling me and stuff..really creepy.
My guess is that they were one of the families flown out after 911. It was an extremely palatial property.
