It’s more important that we take a step back from socialism, not deliberately destroy the private insurance industry, not drive every facet of our healthcare system — highly trained doctors, innovative medical devices, live-saving pharmaceuticals, and local hospitals — not bankrupt the country, small businesses, and individuals with outrageous insurance premiums, and eliminate the new bureaucracy created by Obamacare, than to hold the ridiculous Republican mindset of hoping that allowing disaster to happen will magically swing all voters and legislators to “do the right thing” at the next election, don’t you think?

What, exactly, would you propose the Republicans do?

They have voted to repeal Obamacare. The Democrat Senate won't even bring the bill up for debate.

They have voted to de-fund Obamacare. But, unless the Senate also votes to de-fund it and the President agrees not to veto it, the issue is dead.

They could refuse to pass a Continuing Resolution on expenditures or an increase in the Debt Limit unless the implementation of Obamacare was brought to a halt. But the Senate would not agree and the President would threaten to shut-down the government -- and refuse to pay the military, issue social security checks and default on our debt.

So, how do you propose the Republicans address the problem?

Serious question. I'm looking for answers.
