Go away George Bush. Both of you. Leave us alone. Shut up. And take Karl with you where the sun don’t shine.

A good man. A placeholder. The best of choice. A moderate. An early enabler and therefore facilitator of the decline. Still pushing amnesty as well.

A very imperfect President to be sure but a far, far, far, far, far, far better one than either of his opponents would have been. Now I know that the "Romney was a Commie atheist" crowd will scream and shout at that suggestion but the reasonable among us will acknowledge it today.

Too bad GWB didn’t understand the power of the office, and the damage done because he refused to defend his actions. I didn’t agree with a lot of what GWB did, but he allowed the left-wing media to completely redefine his policies and agenda. My wish now is that GWB and family just goes away. I believe that Ronald Reagan’s biggest mistake was selecting George H.W. Bush as his Vice President. He was bad enough, but it led to George W. Bush as President. May our great President Reagan rest in peace and may our great country survive these RINOs.

I really can’t respect a man that never defended himself from his critics. He was never a principled conservative and he will be remembered as a disappointment to all. Let’s not forget that at the end of his tenure when he authorized the bankster bailouts, to paraphrase, he had to abandon capitalism in order to save the nation from ruin.
That being said, Bush was light years better than our current Islamo-Marxist POS to occupy the White House.

I’m still baffled how George W. Bush could be held responsible for Katrina yet Barack Obama gets off scot-free with Sandy.

I never had a political thought in my life until I was sitting in an apartment on a work assignment in Casper, Wyoming one year watching, out of boredom, his father’s SOTU address, with my mind entirely glazed over until he said, with a certain strange emphasis, “New World Order.”

I had no idea at all what that phrase meant but, literally, a chill ran down my spine. I sat bolt upright and began paying attention. I have paid attention to politics ever since, and increasingly I know the full import of those haunting words.

His son, “W,” may certainly rest content if he stays drunk enough, and I’m sure he will, but history - if told correctly - will not be kind to him.

My wife, a legal immigrant with little knowledge about the sources of our country’s greatness, was always shocked at my surprisingly visceral hatred as his two terms progressed: “Compassionate Conservatism,” uncontrolled spending, No-child-left-behind, open borders even after 9/11, Patriot Act tyranny, predictable fiascos in Iraq and Afghanistan, economic collapse, and in the end an easy win for our first illegal, Marxist/Muslim POTUS, and all that has wrought since.

Even more than Clinton, the Bushes were the beginning of the end for our nation.

Thank you Jorge for protecting us from more terror attacks after 9/11/01.

Other than that, your presidency SUCKED and set us up for the end of America.

Have a nice life, a$$hole.

There were only a couple of reasons G.W. Bush should or could be POTUS: Algore and John Kerry.

Apparently, it's not just cream that rises to the top. We've had some real floaters to pick from.

I was disappointed to read that he (W) believes Arab Spring has helped to bring democracy to the ME.

Well, even though I did vote for you, George… if by history you mean other people, it’s still a maybe. But there is another Judge and his verdict is the important one. I’d wait to see what he has to say before resting too contently - but I pray he gives you a thumbs up.

Yeah, you're content, but you screwed the rest of us and you screwed the country. Stay out da' Bushes. No more.

Bush #1 gave us Clinton, Bush #2 gave us Obama, I hope we never find out what Bush #3 will give us.

Out of the gate in his first term he put real money back into my pocket in the form of tax cuts and credits.

He opened up a very large can of Whoop-Ass on Afghanistan and Iraq and smashed the organized fighting forces there in short order, showing the world that the U.S. can’t be sucker punched without someone going down hard, bracketing Iran and Syria with significant forces, and creating a magnet for terrorists far from our shores.

He deployed a multilayered strategic missile defense system.

He banned partial birth abortion.

That’s just four off the top of my head. I’ve come to believe that GWB was a lot more Reaganesque than most people give him credit for in that he talked a solid conservative talk, and in his heart I think held to those principles, but was willing to compromise in order to get his agenda implemented.

Yes George W. Bush will be remembered as one of the great Presidents in U.S. history.
