“Exactly what has he done with ATR that is so good?”
That was the question I kept asking the poster. Looks like he had no answer, and I never could find any thing ATR had actually accomplished to lower or control taxes either. It’s a cover. Now, I do acknowledge that Grover has been able to get tax breaks for some of his clients, like Microsoft, GE and foreign interests.
