I heard the bit about the 20 years of person, my impression at the time was that Beck was not talking about just anybody, but the leakers who were feeding him the story. I don’t know which agencies are involved, but I can imagine charges related to national security being tramped up out of this, though again, they would only be applicable to the whistleblowers, if at all.

Who would be left to prosecute anything against the whistleblowers/leakers if the people guilty of treason within these agencies (and within the White House) were all given the Constitutional remedy for treason first? Seems like there wouldn’t be anybody left to throw the first stone...
