Not setup. Like maybe she didn’t entirely see the one further away and the one as she was either leaving or coming in was just taken.
You could be right, of course. This could have been the kind of visit we would want by our nation’s First Lady; a visit to be applauded regardless of political views. I am just examining the possibilities.
Whatever the purpose of the hosp visit, the security team would have known whether up close photos were permitted. (Is that a camera or a weapon, etc?) Do we know if there are any other photos of her inside the hosp on this visit? Did she spend time with a meaningful number of other patients, or was this a single, purposeful visit?
On the other hand, we should imagine the WH learned before her arrival at the hosp the identity of this patient, his record in the US and his status in SA.
