It’s very simple:
1. Require Muslims to identify themselves by wearing armbands with a red crescent so that citizens can steer clear of their proven violent tendencies.
2. If terror attacks continue, require them to live in separate well defined areas within the cities.
3. If terror attacks continue, move them forcibly from the cities into camps where they can be closely monitored.
4. If the terror attacks continue, then some “final solution” must be administered.
If these people don't knock off their murderous and disruptive behavior, they will suffer the fate of the wolves in the mountain West during the 19th century.
