The Orange County Sheriff's Department bomb squad found a suspicious substance in an envelope that was delivered to the Huntington Beach Fire Department on the fifth floor of City Hall, according to city Fire Capt. Bob Culhane.

Thanks for posting this. I would have done it but I don’t know how (too lazy to learn). Like I mentioned in my email, my ex sent a text saying they were evacuated and initial thinking was a bomb. From reports it is not clear what they found. I sent him a text asking what they found. If he replies, I will post an update. Crazy times.
