Well... there is the repeated objection by posters all over the internet when a media source releases news on a Friday, or on the weekend.

Seems that Monday is about the best day to gain the biggest audience.

He wants ratings. The guy was supposedly going to be deported on Tuesday. If that is true, then how the heck will this news be in time to stop it? News sometimes needs time to percolate and force a reaction.

If you ever actually got hold of something like this, the smart move would be to copy it and send it to dozens of news sources, many outside of the country.

And use the time while it is being delivered - to hide!
