Two pals of the accused Boston Marathon bombers were pulled from their New Bedford, Mass. home and taken into custody on Saturday.
The two men, known to neighbors by their first names Azmat and Diaz — who share a black BMW SUV adorned with a novelty license plate that reads “Terrorista #1” — were cuffed and hauled out of their Carriage Dr. apartment shortly before 4 p.m.

It wasn’t an official plate. Mass doesn’t require a front license plate. It was a decorative.
Their rich "Saudi suspect" friend can buy them all the fancy cars they want.
I’ve never heard UMass Dartmouth called Dartmouth College before. I think we should be careful here to not incriminate the wrong school.
Dartmouth College is in Hanover, New Hampshire.
UMass-Dartmouth is located in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts.

As imperfect as Bush II was, he was NOT a POTUS to mess with....or just good luck of busting plots or plots failing at the time of the planned attack....IIRC the LAX shooting at the Israeli airline ticket-counter happen on Bush II’s watch and some other small ones as well....Obama’s watch had FT Hood to Boston, one of the Mid-south states’ recruiter shooting(I think it was.). Add others if I forgot them....

Neither could I, but I can imagine a small batch printed, as some kind of prank on the ubiquitous "USA#1" or, in Massachusetts, "MASS#1" tag. The printing technology gets more and more advanced allowing smaller batches or even on-demand printing. I am sure it all started playfully, perhaps to counter what some perceive as corny nationalism in car decorations.
It is scandalous that Dartmouth allowed its logo to appear on these tags. They should have reviewed what gets printed even in small batches or as custom order.
On the other hand maybe we should start ordering things like "Dartmouth College: Baby-killers Out!" That would get their attention fast.
Right. So Dartmouth had something compromising there and pulled it down.
