Search For Why Begins In Boston Marathon Bombings

WATERTOWN, Mass. — With one suspect dead and the other captured, investigators on Saturday turned from the manhunt for those responsible for the Boston Marathon bombings to questions about their motivation and whether they had help.
The investigation turns on a seriously wounded teenager, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, found hiding Friday night in a boat parked behind a house here.
President Obama framed what comes next when he addressed the nation Friday night after police captured the 19-year-old.
“Obviously, there are still many unanswered questions,” he said. “Among them, why did young men who grew up and studied here as part of our communities and our country resort to such violence? How did they plan and carry out these attacks? And did they receive help?”
Investigators in Washington and elsewhere are gathering whatever information they can about the two brothers, according to senior law enforcement officials involved in the effort.

That the bombs were actually aimed at Lord & Taylor, and it just so happened that there was a marathon going on at the time, so they couldn't plant them directly in front of the store...

For a bunch of editors who like to fancy themselves as educated and well read, they sure avoid reading the “holy” Koran’s dozens and dozens and dozens of exhortations for Muslims to kill (or subjugate) Christians and Jews.
This is an amazingly selective “ignorance” — and not in the least credible.
Dhozchar was getting bad grades at UM...NYT got to see his transcript. So we now know a good reason for him to lash out at America. And we also know more about his grades and schlorship than we do about Obama’s.
Actually, I take exception to the statement they are/were all-American white boys who ‘grew up’ here. My assessment is that they are as all-American as Obama.

It isn’t important.
What is important is to get the whole gang and hang them by the neck until dead.
But of course it’s Bosto we will lock them up in a cell with a TV a small refrig, and a comfortable cot.
The media is so stuck on stupid they can’t let this go. Meanwhile, the country would like to know what happened in Texas and what’s going to be done about it.
They may have grown up here, but they obviously did not feel they were “part of our communities and our country” instead they had strong loyalties elsewhere.
This country used to insist that immigrants assimilate into our culture, learn to speak our language and become Americans. Foreigners that acted like foreigners were treated as outsiders until they conformed to our culture. We had a melting pot, but were all Americans.
Now we insist on people keeping their own culture, language- it is not politically correct to even suggest they should assimilate. We now have a “salad bowl” instead of a melting pot and are losing our culture and facing danger from immigrants both legal and illegal.

Evidently he is not a liberal arts major or he would have been making good grades because most of the faculty is probably anti-American to the core. Among those types he would find great sympathy. Having attended many conferences, and listened to the garbage and stupidity the leftist, progressive academics put out, I would not doubt that a steady dose of anti-Americanism from that fancy prep school he went to, and the University of Massachusetts did not help turn him to Islamic extremism.
Immigration and Naturalization was written for the citizens of the U.S. and what they expect from new immigrants. Since Ted Kennedy, our INS laws have been raped and rewritten by the the ___holes in office in Washington now.
