You seem to be the only one here who heard that. If he said it, I sure missed it. All I heard was, "Don't rush to judgement", "Why did these boys do this?", "That's why we have investigations", etc.
He never said terrorist, he said ‘tragedy’ after the bombings. Later the whitehouse issued a statement calling it a terrotist attack. But, O absolutely did not say terrorist at all when he first addressed the nation.
