Heard the story....The man who owned the boat saw the cover in disarray and went out...looked in...and saw a bloody mess. (He must have been sleeping or passed out.)Owner Went back to the house and called police.
Owner deserves a pat on the back for being AWAKE! LOL! I hope his insurance covers the boat without kvetching. (If not, he could probably sell it on eBay for a pretty penny!)
I ask sheepishly: Am I the only one who is dumbfounded by the Boston police being cheered for capturing one little turd who should’ve been caught last night? The manpower and resources utilized since Monday have been astounding. And it took a regular citizen to call it in. Wow.
