I would assume although the city is issuing orders in effect they are not being enforced and the “lockdown” is voluntary except in areas where they have active crime scenes. Most people probably are staying inside because they want to. If police are searching homes etc without a warrant that is a different story...

Yea but if it went on much longer which as of now 4/19/13@18:19 it wont. My point is if it did how ling would the Mass libs tolerate it.Hum?

The news services have reported that they are doing house to house searches. Doubt that they have warrents for each individual house. Is there such a thing as blanket warrent for the neighborhood? Or are they using exigent circumstances as an excuse?
