I find this de facto martial law disturbing. They are looking for one 19 year old thug. So everytime they have a manhunt from now on is there going to be martial law? Its a bad precedent. But I predict they will try to make it standard operating procedure.

All this local and state and federal and military manpower undergirded by sophisitcated technology costing billions of taxpayer dollars on display and this thug is still on the loose.

Do they really want to catch him or are they just enjoying the hunt.
