Do you have to “join a club” and ask permission in order to speak freely or in order to attend (or not attend) the church of your choice as well? How about peaceably assembling - do you need to join a club and ask permission to do that?

Lol! No you don’t have to have the state’s permission! A fellow FReeper asked me to her club’s Ladies Day one time and not only did I use all kinds of guns, but you should see my targets! Even my Va sharpshooter son was impressed.

But to own your own gun to use at a club, you need to go thru the routine and check-up. Yes—— that part sucks.
