I appreciate your sentiments (or hope which I share) but I don't think it will influence the libs in congress (and some Repubs who wnat to remake the image of the party, however fruitless the effort) from voting for amnesty (by whatever name). And of course, the Demonrats see it, and justly so, as not only a path to citizenship for illegals but as a path to a permanent majority for them. This overrides any concerns they may have for the nation's security.
As an aside, too many news reporters not only overuse but do not know the true meaning of the word “literally.”
Wow! Sure looks like white-cap guy!
Yep, look at this (just doing a quick search) it is obvious we need some sort of “higher Education” control”:
Seung-Hui Cho, a senior at Virginia Tech, shot and killed 32 people and wounded 17 others
Jared Lee Loughner, student at Pima Community College shot and killed six people and wounded over a dozen ohers
James Eagan Holmes Ph.D. student in neuroscience at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, killed 12 people and injured 58 others
Steven Phillip Kazmierczak was a graduate student in the School of Social Work at the Urbana-Champaign campus who shot and killed five students and injured 18 on the Northern Illinois University campus in Dekalb, Illinois, before killing himself.
GAWD! Why was everyone duped as to the other names?? How does that crap happen??? So irritating!!!!!
That said, GET THIS GUY!!
Russia’s been dealing with this for a while...with an uptick in this starting at least three years ago:
Headline from three YEARS ago:
Wahhabi militant leader killed in North Caucasus
A leader of Wahhabi militants in Russia’s North Caucasus republic of Kabardino-Balkaria has been killed in a special operation, the Russian Investigative Committee said on Thursday.
On Wednesday evening, two men resisted local security service personnel. During the shootout, one of the militants was killed, and the second wounded, but managed to escape. One police officer was also wounded in the operation.
“Investigators compared the fingerprints of the militant with existing fingerprint databases,” a spokesman from the investigative committee said. “The dead militant was almost immediately identified as Anzor Astemirov, born in 1976, and the head of a gang,” he said.
Astemirov is suspected of organizing an attack on the local drug control administration in December 2004, and militant attacks in the republic’s capital of Nalchik in October 2005.
Astemirov was on an international wanted list for murder, terrorist attacks, arms trafficking and several other crimes.
Wahhabism is considered an extremist and intolerant form of Islam.
Russia’s mainly Muslim North Caucasus republics have seen an upsurge of militant violence lately, with frequent attacks on police and officials

Exactly. Dangerous. We’re all in this fight against these terrorists.
Miraculously both bombs failed until the bomber hid in a small street to fix the electronics. He blew up real good....without injuring anyone else.
Perp: Iraqi-born Swedish subject who studied in Luton, UK. A British subject was sentenced last year in Glasgow for aiding and abetting Taimour Abdulwahab.
More than that. Engineering students who are here on student VISAs cannot work (legally) here and are little more than indentured servants. Profs love them because they can be made to do anything and can’t say no.
You’re probably right, It will be interesting to see what impact, if any, this has anything, really. The media will drop this like a hot potato in a few days.

Now the SWAT team is pouring out of the red brick Watertown building with "fresh blood" on the porch....
I agree this is hard to piece together. The fact these guys were still in the area is strange, unless they always intended to go out "guns-a-blazing". But robbing a 7-11 makes no sense.
I'm saddened at the further loss of life by the good guys.
