Apparently, the guy lying on the ground was not a bomber, but they were afraid he might be involved and have explosives on him. I think they made him get naked before allowing him up and into a police car, at least they showed a naked man getting into the car, I presume it was the same guy who was probably not involved.
Meanwhile here is an excellent, long article on the take down. The only detail it missed was the use of “flash bangs” to disorient the bomber before they grabbed him.

courtesy return ping gleeaikin. Since we are all human, each of us is prone to be human. The comic heroes exist on the funny pages. We, as a nation, could utilize many more human heroes. Thanking God for His sending America so many who are and have been heroes, from our past and each and every day to our present. Most of our reps and the _resident, in D.C. need to find another line of work. The majority of our reps, in congress, and the _resident are not heroes and because such, these people are a huge part of our nation’s problem and not the solution. My prayer is more of these people in D.C. will turn to God and turn away from the demons. I know for certain when this happens, America will be blessed with such abundant blessings it will be almost Heaven on Earth. The demons hate the thought of that happening.
Thanks for all of your updates, Gleeaikin. I think you might be right. I had heard several reports that he was wearing a suicide vest. In the field they were forced into making instant assessments, the fastest being a visual assessment.
